Victòria Martí
Hi! I’m Victòria Martí, founder and director of La Caseta Blanca and the person behind the way we do things. I’m a qualified architect by training and profession, registered with the Architects’ Association under membership number 64917.
My journey into the real estate world happened unexpectedly—almost by chance—but from the very beginning, it felt like the right path for me. I have more than 10 years of experience in real estate and in creating beautiful, character-filled spaces.
Before that, I worked in architecture studios and in the construction industry, an experience that gave me a solid understanding of how homes work from the inside out.
I’m passionate about the sea. You’ll often find me sailing, surfing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing or simply walking by the water.
I feel deeply connected to the slow living lifestyle and everything that evokes calm and simplicity: Mediterranean white houses, natural materials, neutral colours, warm light and lush green plants.
