Who is the controller of your personal data?
VICTÒRIA MARTÍ BERNADÓ is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Act 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a business relationship with the user. The intended operations are:
- Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other electronic or physical means, present or future. These communications will be managed by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its products, services or partners. Third parties will not have access to the data.
- Carrying out market research and statistical analysis.
- Processing orders, requests or any kind of enquiry made by the USER through the contact channels offered on the CONTROLLER’s website.
- Sending the newsletter about updates, offers and promotions.
On what grounds may we process your data?
The processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR:
- With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
- By the CONTROLLER’s legitimate interest: market research, analysis and the processing of requests.
How long will we keep your data?
The data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or for the legal time limits. Once it is no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures.
Who do we share your data with?
No transfer of data to third parties is envisaged, except by legal obligation or to provide communication-related services, under confidentiality agreements and processing in accordance with current regulations.
What are your rights?
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of data, as well as restriction of or objection to its processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or on download forms, USERS expressly accept, freely and unequivocally, that their data is necessary for the provider to handle their request, and that the inclusion of data in the other fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes.
The CONTROLLER states that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. Should not all the data be provided, the information and services provided cannot be guaranteed to fully meet the USER’s needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of the personal data for which it is responsible, and with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.

Who is the controller of your personal data?
VICTÒRIA MARTÍ BERNADÓ, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created profiles on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and Google+, and is the controller of the processing of the user’s personal data carried out on these social networks.
This data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), providing you with the following information:

Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER, which may include:
- Processing requests and enquiries made to the CONTROLLER
- Informing about activities and events organised by the CONTROLLER
- Informing about products or services offered by the CONTROLLER
- Interacting through the official profiles
On what legal basis do we process your data?
Legal basis: Article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has given their consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. By following our profiles, the USER expressly consents to the processing of their data in accordance with this policy.
The USER can access the privacy policies of the social networks themselves at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
The CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER’s public information, especially their contact name, and only uses it within the social network itself. It will only be incorporated into a file held by the CONTROLLER if necessary to handle the USER’s request.
How long do we keep your data?
Retention criteria: for as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given.
Who do we share your data with?
Disclosure of data: the information provided by the USER on the CONTROLLER’s social networks may be visible to other users depending on the USER’s own privacy settings. No other transfers are envisaged except by legal obligation or operational necessity of the service.

Use of the profile
The CONTROLLER may carry out the following actions:
- Access the public information on the profile
- Publish on the USER’s profile information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network
- Send personal, individual messages through the social network’s channels
- Publish page status updates, which will be shown on the USER’s profile
The USER can control their connections, delete content and restrict who they share their information with by accessing their privacy settings.
Posts
Once the USER is a follower of or has joined the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may post comments, links, images or other multimedia content on it. The USER will be solely responsible for ensuring that such content is their own property, is covered by copyright, or has third-party authorisation.
Any post that infringes morality, public order, intellectual property rights or current legislation is prohibited. In such a case, the CONTROLLER may immediately remove such content and request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER is not responsible for content freely posted by a USER. Posts may be seen by other users of the social network. Images that are posted will not be stored by the CONTROLLER but will remain on the social network.
Data of minors or people with special needs
Access and registration on the CONTROLLER’s social networks is not permitted for those under 14 years of age. In the case of people with special needs, the consent of the holder of parental authority or legal guardian will be required.
The CONTROLLER is exempt from any liability for the use of social networks by minors or people with special needs without authorisation.
