A small apartment in the heart of Barcelona’s Gràcia district. The starting point was to deliver the layout requested by the client, with one clear challenge: relocating the bathroom to create space for two bedrooms.

We completely rethought the layout, moving the bathroom to a new strategic location and making the most of every corner to maximise storage—an essential feature in compact homes.

The result? A small apartment that is stylish, practical and incredibly welcoming. Proof that with thoughtful design and an intelligent layout, you don’t need a large home to create a space full of character.
