This project is especially meaningful to us—it marks what we consider the beginning of La Caseta Blanca.

The client knew exactly what they wanted: a renovation with real character, not just a cosmetic makeover. The apartment was renovated with the intention of selling it, but it quickly became much more than that. It attracted countless viewings, and almost everyone who stepped inside fell in love with it.

The buyer experienced an immediate coup de cœur, while everyone else left with the apartment firmly etched in their memory. So much so that, some time later, several of those visitors contacted us with the same request: “We want you to do the same with our home.”

That was the beginning of this journey.
