Historic apartments with high ceilings, original hydraulic tile floors, exposed timber beams and large French doors have a character all of their own. These are projects with real soul, where the foundations are already exceptional—it is simply a matter of listening to the space and revealing its best qualities.

We like to let the original features lead the design: the colours of the hydraulic tiles, the texture of the exposed beams and the natural light flowing through the openings become the guiding elements of the project. When the starting point is this authentic, the result is always something truly special.
