Renovation on Carrer Rocaplana, 5 in Salou

This project gives shape to a holiday flat for a large French family. The aim was to create a functional, welcoming and bright space, with solutions designed to make the most of every square metre.

The layout was planned around two spacious bedrooms: one of them with an auxiliary bathroom that includes a toilet and washbasin, ideal for everyday convenience. The great success of the project was placing the kitchen along the back wall, which freed up the central space to turn it into a large, welcoming living room, perfect for gathering and enjoying time as a family.

Given the need for storage spaces, especially in a home with so many members, the kitchen extends fluidly in the form of bespoke wardrobes that run along the corridor to the bedrooms and the main bathroom. A practical, attractive solution that keeps things tidy without giving up visual harmony.
