The Sant Agustí project was conceived with the aim of transforming a conventional apartment into a warm, practical family home.

The design process was guided from the outset by the owner’s specific requirements, including a generously sized kitchen and bathroom. These priorities became the foundation of the entire project.

Another key objective was to preserve the apartment’s original character. We carefully balanced traditional features with contemporary additions, creating a harmonious dialogue between the building’s heritage and modern living.

Natural light, enhanced by the apartment’s corner position, became one of the project’s greatest assets. This invaluable feature allowed us to shape bright, welcoming spaces throughout the home.
