Old flats, with high ceilings, wooden beams and hydraulic-tile flooring, often present themselves as a real puzzle

In this project we opted for a clever reorganisation of the spaces, which allowed us to add a second full bathroom without giving up the original essence of the home. We have kept elements such as the arch, the original flooring and the openings, resulting in a flat that is more spacious, brighter and, above all, much more functional. A balance between history and contemporary comfort.
