Renovation on Carrer Reding 22, Tarragona

Cristina, Ernesto and their family asked us to advise them before purchasing this apartment, which required a complete renovation. Like many homes in Tarragona’s Eixample district, it featured two façades connected by an exceptionally long corridor.

Our approach focused on reducing the corridor to the bare minimum by creating wider transition areas and introducing new functions along its length. We also chose to leave the steel structure exposed as a deliberate design feature, integrating it throughout the apartment. The carefully selected colour palette brings rhythm, warmth and freshness to the interior.
